• Enquiry received
• Needs analysis of position required
• Draft Position for seek and post ad
• 1-2 week turn around on shortlist (pending responses rate)
• Phone, skype or face to face pre interview
• Send short listed applicants to employer for interview and placement

 

Job Seekers:

• Register for our talent pool / Reply to advertised position(s)
• Job seeker to send through resume and covering letter with enquiry
• Job seeker matched to our database for potential employment/placement
• Pre interview Job seeker
• Job Seeker to attend formal interview with employer for consideration.
