• An Axial trainer visits your workplace approximately every 6 - 8 weeks to deliver on the job training and assessment for the trainee/apprentice
• Training is adapted to suit the needs of your business

• The workplace is the classroom - no need to interrupt the workload, as the trainee/apprentice is not required to attend classroom-based teaching blocks
