The Benefits of Workplace Trade Training
Axial Training offers tailored training for apprentices in the workplace. Take a moment to find out why workplace trade training delivery is the better option for both employers and apprentices.
- An Axial trainer visits your workplace approximately every 6 - 8 weeks to deliver on the job training and assessment for the trainee/apprentice
- Training is adapted to suit the needs of your business
- Increased efficiencies in processes which results in a better bottom line
- Increased capacity to adopt new technologies and methods
- The workplace is the classroom - no need to interrupt the workload, as the trainee/apprentice is not required to attend classroom-based teaching blocks
- Teaching is delivered on a one-on-one basis and tailored to the student, with the trainer providing support for any learning difficulties
- The trainee/apprentice undertakes homework and assessment during structured withdrawal time agreed upon between the employer and the trainee/apprentice
- The trainee/apprentice can be full-time, part-time or school-based, depending on what suits the needs of your business
