Gain access to quality apprentices without the stress of paperwork requirements
Axial is pleased to announce that we have extended our services in 2012 to include a group training scheme, whereby we can supply apprentices to host businesses for short to long term work contracts.
Does your business require extra hands for an upcoming project?
Hosting an apprentice gives you the opportunity to employ the apprentice on a contract basis to suit the requirements and length of the project.

Below are just a few more of the reasons why many employers choose group training services an effective workforce strategy:
-
Axial is the legal employer – apprentices are directly indentured through Axial which minimises the risk to the host business.
-
We complete all the government paperwork requirements, allowing you to spend valuable time on core business activities.
-
We manage the selection and recruitment process, short-listing candidates via a range of methods including interviewing and aptitude, literacy and language testing.
-
Axial conducts all training, including managing on-the-job training bookings, training plans and apprentice progress.
-
Our payroll department pays the apprentice on a weekly basis under the correct Industrial Instrument.
-
We issue, you, the host business with a weekly invoice only for those hours the apprentice works for you.
-
Our service is 100% tax deductible.
What do I get for my money?
Axial is responsible for the entire accounting and payment system of your apprentice, so it’s a hassle free process for you.
Axial looks after all the obligations of having an apprentice including payroll, benefits, entitlements, superannuation, insurances, legal obligations of the training contract, managing the training process and delivery of the training.
We pay the apprentice’s wages each week and then we send you an invoice for their wages plus a small fee to cover administration costs. You will only be charged for productive apprentice work hours.
